Through the contact and quote request forms on this site we collect: full name, email address, phone number and any details relating to the requested flight (route, dates, number of passengers, additional notes).

We do not collect data through profiling cookies or third-party statistical analysis tools (see Cookie Policy).

Data is processed solely to respond to requests for information or quotes submitted through the site, based on the consent given by filling in and submitting the form and, where applicable, to carry out pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.

Data submitted through the site's forms is sent via email to our mailbox and kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, subsequently, for any resulting business relationship, unless otherwise required by law.

Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be shared with operational suppliers (e.g. Air-Dynamic) strictly necessary to organize the requested flight.

You may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR at any time — access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability — by writing to gmprivatejets@gmail.com.
